Gray Stone’s Guidance Department has created an Excel spreadsheet with the names of scholarships that are typically awarded yearly.  Also, Mrs. Crum and Mr. Miller will publicize other scholarships as they become aware of them by sending mass emails to the senior class and by posting information outside of Mrs. Nance’s office.  Students are at a disadvantage to apply for scholarships if they do not check their Gray Stone email accounts regularly.  

In addition, students are strongly encouraged to contact the financial aid offices of colleges where they plan to apply, and inquire directly about scholarship opportunities.  It is the student’s responsibility to make sure that he or she meets all applicable deadlines.

Note: Many Colleges will automatically consider you for scholarships with your application. Some require an earlier application deadline if you wish to be considered for scholarships. Contact college admissions offices for more details.
